Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Chrysalis, a CRM and transaction-management platform operated by Evolve Estates Group during a closed beta program. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
Beta participation
Chrysalis is provided as-is during the closed beta. Features may change without notice; uptime and data durability are best-effort. We will not roll out destructive schema migrations without prior notice, but we reserve the right to revise the platform throughout the beta period.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Chrysalis only for legitimate real-estate business and only with respect to contacts who have a real or prospective relationship with you or your team. You agree not to:
- Send SMS to recipients who have not consented to receive communications, or after they have opted out.
- Use Chrysalis to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person.
- Attempt to bypass tenant isolation, access another tenant's data, or circumvent rate limits.
- Resell or sublicense the platform without written authorization from Evolve Estates Group.
- Send messaging that violates applicable law (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent).
SMS sending must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the 10DLC requirements administered by The Campaign Registry. Quiet hours (8am–9pm in the recipient's local time zone) are enforced at the application layer; you should not attempt to bypass them.
Self-hosted responsibility (pilot tenants)
If you operate Chrysalis on your own infrastructure (Mac mini, cloud VM, on-prem server), patching, backups, and uptime are your responsibility. We provide updates and operational guidance; we do not access your tenant data without your explicit request and consent.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Chrysalis. Export and deletion tools are provided. Self-hosted deployments leave no shared-tenant residual after you tear down your stack; Evolve-hosted deployments retain backups for 30 days after offboarding, after which they are securely destroyed.
License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Chrysalis during the beta. The platform is proprietary to Evolve Estates Group; you may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or sublicense it without prior written permission.
Liability
DURING THE BETA, CHRYSALIS IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. EVOLVE ESTATES GROUP IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM. Direct liability is limited to fees paid (which during the beta is $0, so direct liability is also $0).
Termination
You may stop using Chrysalis at any time by tearing down your stack (self-hosted) or notifying us (Evolve-hosted). We may terminate access for a violation of these terms or for any reason during the beta with reasonable notice. Data export tools will be made available before termination takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
